Basket contents:
Cedar Bark Steak- This spice blend includes chipotle pepper, fine Portuguese paprika and other exotic spices. It turns ordinary chicken, hamburger or steak into an easy everyday favorite.
Mustard de Sequim- This mustard is spicy but not hot, and is a favorite when used with their mustard salmon recipe, which is included on the back of the jar. It is fat free with all natural ingredients.
Blue Hole Baste- Peaches, peppers and a little attitude makes this versatile sauce great on grilled chicken, pork chops or tossed with shrimp or crab.
Sequim Bay Sauce- The blend of ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, lime and chili changes ordinary pasta or rice into and easy gourmet meal. This sauce is also great as a marinade for fish, chicken or steak.
